A woman has interrupted an apparently randy couple after she walked in on them both stark na ked and having s ex atop the toilet of a public library.
The pair were subsequently dragged to a court where they are currently facing criminal charges for the lewd display at a family restroom in a public library located at Waukesha, Wisconsin.
As detailed in a Circuit Court criminal complaint, 29-year-old Daniel Goralski, and his 19-year-old partner, Julie Dahms, had s ex in the Public Library on Saturday, May 2, 2015.
The couple said to be engaged to be married thought they locked the door before they started the act.
A patron told a library security guard that she walked into the bathroom around 5pm and “observed two subjects having s ex sitting on a toilet.”
The pair was “na ked from head to toe,” added the woman, who termed the behavior “unacceptable.”
According to reports, when guard Bret Best subsequently sought to enter the bathroom, it was locked.
Best told a Waukesha Police Department officer that he heard “clothing and zippers, and it sounded like people getting dressed.”
When the duo emerged from the bathroom, they both apologized for such disordelry conduct and promised never to repeat such.
They said, “We are sorry, it won’t happen again.”
Dahms explained during police interrogation that they were both initially inside the library before they got so emotional and decided to use the restroom because they haven’t seen each other for some days.
It was learnt that the lovebirds, who already have a baby girl reside a few miles from the library in Waukesha, a city 20 miles west of Milwaukee.
In their verdict, the court gave Dahms a citation for the na ked bathroom romp while her boyfriend said to be a repeat offender was charged with misdemeanor disorderly conduct.
Goralski’s rap sheet includes convictions for bail jumping, violation of a domestic abuse injunction, and having s ex with a child 16 or older.
