FOX To Cancel “American Idol” After Its Upcoming 15th Season

Fox is lowering the curtain on “American Idol,” ending a series that dominated television throughout the 2000s and made stars of the likes of Simon Cowell, Kelly Clarkson and Carrie Underwood.

American Idol began in 2002 and it averaged over 25 million viewers a season. Top stars who will return for a season-long celebration of the shows history include Jennifer Lopez, Ryan Seacrest, Keith Urban and Harry Connick Jr."

 In Calabar, the state capital of Cross River, a supposed man of God wasbeaten to a pulp recently by some prostitutes because he went after another woman apart from his regular customer.

According to an eyewitness who sent the report to Pulse, the man identified as Pastor Effiong, had been secretly patronizing the ladies of the night at a popular brothel located around the Watt area and had one of them as his regular customer.

Elderly Woman Kidnaps 3-Year-Old Girl,Uses Her For Begging

Vanguard reports...

The parents of the girl had declared her missing on Wednesday, March 25th, as a 70-year-old woman was arrested on Sunday for allegedly kidnapping a 3-year-old girl in Ilorin, Kwara State, and using her for begging.

One of the girls relatives spotted her with the suspect at a worship place, popularly called Ori-Oke at Basin area of Ilorin, where she was seen begging.
